This Privacy Policy explains how Made With AI, Inc. (“Made With AI,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use madewai.com, our related product applications and subdomains, and any related services (together, the “Services”).

  • Account information — name, email address, organization, password (stored hashed), and profile details you provide.
  • Phone numbers — if you provide a mobile number (for example, for account verification or SMS notifications). Phone numbers and other personal identifiers are encrypted at rest.
  • Content you submit — the data, files, records, and messages you or your organization store in the Services (for example, leads, contacts, courses, tasks, and documents).
  • Payment information — processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
  • Usage and device information — log data, browser type, pages viewed, and similar technical information, including through cookies needed to keep you signed in and secure.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information to provide, secure, and improve the Services; to authenticate you and verify your phone number; to process payments; to send service communications; to send marketing communications where you have opted in; to comply with law; and to enforce our Terms & Conditions.

The Services use artificial intelligence. Content you submit may be processed by our AI providers to generate output within the Services. We do not permit our AI providers to use your content to train their general-purpose models.

4. Google User Data (Limited Use)

If you connect your Google account, we access only the data covered by the permissions you grant — such as calendar events you create through the Services, files the Services create in your Google Drive, and Google Meet transcripts of your meetings — and use it solely to provide the features you request.

Made With AI’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Where Google user data is processed by our AI providers (for example, to draft an email you review before sending), it is processed via API strictly to deliver that feature. We do not use, transfer, or sell Google user data — raw, aggregated, or derived — to create, train, or improve any machine learning or artificial intelligence models, and we do not permit our AI providers to do so.

5. Text Messaging (SMS) Data

If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number to send the messages you signed up for (such as verification codes and account notifications). Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

No mobile opt-in data or consent information is shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers are shared with our messaging provider solely to deliver the messages you requested.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with: (a) service providers that operate the Services on our behalf (hosting, payments, email and SMS delivery, AI processing) under confidentiality obligations; (b) your organization, when your account belongs to an organization workspace; (c) authorities when required by law; and (d) a successor in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and encryption at rest for personal identifiers such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers. No system is perfectly secure; notify us at [email protected] of any suspected compromise.

8. Retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, then delete or anonymize it.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You can access and update account information in your settings, disable SMS and other notifications in your notification settings, and unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in each message. The Services are for business use and not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data.
